he wouldent drain the fluid off or give me a steriod injection because he said your ankle is too slim (skinney) in other words he also gave me his office number incase I still need help

as for the clott I am not worried yet incase there is nothing to worry about
if I did get worried it will cause me to have a flare so I try not to

Glad you saw a nice doctor , Mary, and got things sorted for you.

Amanda - my son was an air cadet, he went on to the RAF, and is now an airline pilot! He wanted to be pilot from when he was 4.

My grandduaghter Emily is not allowed to watch tv., but I think when she goes to the childminders she sees some. She's not really allowed cakes and biscuits either, but I suspect she does get some. I don't think a few sweets at the weekend hurt. My two had them then and they haven't got any fillings. I don't say anything, it's not up to me.

I absolutely love the good new post and what a handsome lad young Ben is.

My good news is that
I am finally letting go and have started to shop on line.
I have been 2 weeks without much pain - is the meds working I wonder but have fingers crossed.
I also have persuaded my other half to come down to the gym with me to do some pilates. Its funny the instructor asked the usual is their anything she needs to be aware of so my husband say sciatica which he was just getting over a bad bout and didnt want to go to the gym RollEyes but I made him see the doc and she said it was ok for him to do pilates Smile so I chipped in and said unfortunately the doc cleared him for pilates BigGrin. I hate all forms of exercise but I loved the class and will definitely go back again. Anyway I cant go on monday but hubbys going anyway - horray i am so pleased I was getting worried about his weight and back problems.

My other good news is that I have a lovely apple pie from M&S and I am going off to have a slice with a cup of tea.

Horray for good news posts.
